Connections For Humanity’s Safety Net Healthy Food Distribution Programs help ensure that veterans, families, seniors, and individuals in our community do not suffer from the devastating effects of hunger.
Through community outreach and partnerships, CFH distributes essential groceries and resources to those facing food insecurity throughout Philadelphia.
