Connections For Humanity is a Philadelphia-based nonprofit organization dedicated to serving veterans, fighting hunger, and strengthening communities. Through outreach programs, community partnerships, and volunteer service, we provide food, resources, assistance, and hope while making a positive difference in the lives of veterans and families throughout Philadelphia.
